Meet Our New Recruits!
I bet you’ve already heard.. But if you live under a rock and haven’t heard the gossip floating around the block.. We have not one, but TWO new recruits joining our growing team! (Well technically one old straggler who can’t seem to get enough of us)
Introducing Gary Bloxham as our new Business Manager
And good ole’ Ash Thompson as our Senior Digital Consultant. Back in time for Christmas Party number 5 with Razzbri!
Gary – previously an Associate Director at Stirling Andersen, comes from recruiting in the Finance and Insurance sector. But with the technological disruption occurring in every aspect of those sectors, joining Razzbri was almost a no brainer.
Technology is redefining workflow and process – when was the last time you dealt with paper money? Or when your whole user journey was done through human interaction? I’ll give you a minute to ponder that one.
Everything from banking to payments to wealth management is transitioning if not already transitioned into an entirely digital process. The goal is to simplify, streamline while meeting the customer’s needs and expectations. We’re talking about 24-hour access, speedy delivery, tailored services etc.
Recruitment trends are changing and everything’s going Digital. Razzbri is the new black.
Ash, on the other hand – many of you in the digital and and tech space may already know! He’s rejoined us after a stint away because he’s feels as if he has unfinished business with Razzbri. He’s stoked to be back working for a brand that he loves and absolutely believes in. I’m sure the majority of you know allllll about Ash but if not he’ll be championing up our recruitment across Design/Creative and Client Services. Having worked within the digital recruitment space in New Zealand for the last 4.5 years, saying he’s well connected would be an understatement. He’s got strong relationships with both clients and candidates as well as agency and client-side.
Now you know these two on a professional level. Check out the below – we here at Razzbri like to dig deep into a personal level!
